Scope and Delimitation of the Study This study was conducted to determine the knowledge, attitudes and practices of the non-teaching staff towards gender issues, located in Caraga State University, Ampayon, Butuan City, Agusan del Norte in the period of school year first semester. The aspect or the topic of the study was to be able to analyze their knowledge, attitudes, and practices towards gender issues existing in the society that are especially indicated in this particular research, which may also help the researcher.
